How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed via our web-store. For direct orders, message us via email, Instagram or Facebook and we will get back to you within 3 hours. APARA business hours are from 10:00am to 7:00pm daily.
How do I choose my size?
You may refer to our fit guide here. The model’s APARA sizing can be found on each product page for your reference.
What payment options do you offer?
Payment options on our web-store include credit and debit card, as well as GCash via PayMongo. For direct orders, payments can be made to our Banco de Oro (BDO) and GCash accounts.
Do you offer pick-up?
We accommodate orders for pick-up at 5pm daily from our San Juan location in Metro Manila.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide via GoGo Xpress. International shipping is available to select countries in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America via DHL Express. If your preferred shipping address is not included in our existing list of countries at checkout, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and picked up by the courier from APARA within 1 to 2 days of payment confirmation.
Upon courier pick up, delivery lead time are as follows:
3 to 5 business days for Metro Manila addresses via Gogo Xpress
5 to 7 business days for provincial addresses via Gogo Xpress
5 to 7 business days for international addresses via DHL Express
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges if our criteria is met:
1. Returns and exchanges must be done through the same store purchased. (Website purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at Comme Ci.)
2. Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and undamaged.
3. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date the order was received.
4. Items were not purchased during a sale or promotion.
The customer must shoulder the shipping, including duties and taxes for international orders. We reserve the right to refuse a return for unpaid duties and taxes.
We will provide you with store credit equivalent to your return that can be used on your next purchase if your preferred style and size are unavailable. Email us at email@example.com to process your return or exchange.

Our garments are made by a local, family owned clothing manufacturer that offers small-batch production in the Philippines. The company has over 35 years of experience working with global brands.
